Laser Marking System ML2000 - 20Watt New

Laser Marking Systems are commonly used for part identification and product traceability information such as serial numbers, date codes, 2D data matrix barcodes, QR codes, 1D barcodes, manufacturing codes, material flow, graphics and logos.

The ML2000 is designed for efficient marking on steel tags, aluminum tags, anodized aluminum tags and more with a fully adjustable laser power and frequency band. The fiber based optical design and rugged mechanical design allows the ML2000 to operate in harsh industrial environments with maximum uptime. The compact footprint of the ML2000 makes it easy to integrate into a variety of industrial applications. The energy efficient integrated air-cooling and proven laser design insures low maintenance and ongoing service costs.

The ML2000 is a fully Automatic system and is equipped with an adjustable tag input hopper which holds up to 250 Blank Tags. The blank tags are automatically moved from the hopper area to the laser marking module. Once laser marking is completed, the tags are placed in an internal FIFO stacker or unloaded using the side eject option. ML2000 series is bundled with CIM's LaserTagOne software, which allows complete job creation and management. A tag preview feature is an added value since it allows configuring all graphic elements in a simple and intuitive way as to obtain a precise mark.

Metal Tag Marker 500 New

MTM500 is a dedicated solution designed to mark plates and tags on the easy entry marker market and it is the ideal solutions for small to medium production volumes.

MTM500 is a compact solution, designed to be a permanent identification solution for marking needs in the field or in the workshop.

MTM500 is equipped with a durable embossing system that insures high quality marking; the drum and characters have the same life span as the life of the machine. The embossing unit creates crisp characters in relief on stainless steel and aluminum marker plates. The MTM500 features a 60-character drum which supports a variety of character sizes and is equipped with an easy-to-load hopper that contains up to 200 blank marker plates. The unit incorporates an adjustable marker plate loader which can adapt to different marker plate sizes based on application requirements. Once the plates have been marked they are unloaded in the external collection tray for easy access and removal.

MTM500 is bundled with CIM’s QuickMark software, and is easy to install and operate plates and tags marking software application for new as well as experienced users. The software features a preview function that allows the user to see the final marking result on the marker plate.

Metal Embosser 500 2D Data Matrix New

The ME 500 2D Data Matrix is a portable Metal Tag Embossing Solution that offers the ability to emboss different tag sizes. It is developed for component and production line identification and traceability applications. The ME 500 2D Data Matrix is equipped with an Automatic Feeder and an Input Hopper which contains up to 120 standard tags. The ME 500 2D Data Matrix allows marking Alphanumeric Characters and 2D Data Matrix Barcode on metal tags. The 2D Data Matrix barcode has the great advantage of containing a high volume of data on limited space.
